1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and Batik888 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the Batik888 online gaming and sports betting platform, accessible at batik888.cam and any associated subdomains, mobile applications, or digital interfaces operated by us.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing a wager on any game or event offered through Batik888, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Batik888 platform.

Batik888 is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. We operate in accordance with applicable licensing regulations and are committed to maintaining fair, transparent, and responsible gaming standards for all Malaysian players and beyond.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal, non-transferable user profile created by a Player upon registration on the Batik888 platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held within a Player's Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), excluding any bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot, live dealer table game, instant game, or other wagering product offered through the Batik888 platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any amount of real money or bonus funds staked on a Game outcome or sporting event.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required to validate a Player's identity prior to withdrawal processing or account upgrades.
• "Supported Payment Methods" refers collectively to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow, and FPX, as made available on the platform from time to time.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of real-money gaming services is not permitted under these Terms or applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be turned over in qualifying Games before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Platform Content" means all software, games, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed or available through the Batik888 platform.

3 Account Eligibility

Registration and use of the Batik888 platform for real-money gaming is subject to the following eligibility criteria, which must be satisfied at all times:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and participate in real-money gaming on Batik888. This age restriction applies regardless of any lower minimum age prescribed by local law. We enforce this requirement strictly and will request proof of age as part of our KYC process. Accounts found to have been registered by individuals under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and any funds forfeited in accordance with regulatory obligations.

3.2 Personal Use

Each Player may register only one (1) Account. Accounts are for personal use only. You must not register or operate an account on behalf of any third party, business entity, or syndicate. The registration and use of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.3 Geographic Eligibility

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of Batik888 is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. Batik888 does not warrant the legality of its services in all jurisdictions and makes no representation that the platform is appropriate for use outside of its designated markets.

3.4 Financial Capacity

You must not use funds for gambling purposes that you cannot afford to lose. By registering on Batik888, you confirm that your gaming activity is funded from lawful personal income and that you are not gambling with borrowed money.

4 Account Registration & Management

4.1 Registration Requirements

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, contact number, and any other details requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and current.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Batik888 will never request your password through any communication channel, including email or live chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any other time deemed necessary by Batik888, we will require you to complete our identity verification (KYC) process. You will be required to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (MyKad, Malaysian Driver's Licence, or valid Passport);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months); and
• A recent selfie holding your identity document where reasonably requested.

Batik888 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. The standard KYC review period is 24–48 business hours from submission of complete documentation.

4.4 One Account Per Player

Each person may hold only one active Account on the Batik888 platform. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, Batik888 will merge, suspend, or permanently close the duplicate Accounts and may, at its sole discretion, void any transactions processed through them.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

Batik888 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR): Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow, and FPX. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. Players are encouraged to check the Cashier section of the platform for the most current list of available methods.

5.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your Account in real time upon confirmation of payment. A minimum deposit of RM50 applies per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion. Batik888 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, which are outside our control.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction. Most withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes during normal operating hours following KYC clearance. Complex withdrawal requests may take up to 3 business days.

5.4 Withdrawal Eligibility

A Player's Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed. Funds derived from Bonus credits must satisfy applicable Wagering Requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. Real-money deposits not yet wagered may be withdrawn at any time subject to identity verification.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by Batik888 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. These general Terms apply to all promotions unless superseded by promotion-specific terms, in which case the more specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Not all Games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements; contribution percentages vary by Game type and are detailed in the individual promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Batik888 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and/or permanent Account closure:

• Registering multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once;
• Using bonus funds in conjunction with low-variance strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements;
• Coordinating with other players to systematically exploit promotional terms;
• Providing false identity or payment information to claim a bonus.

6.4 Expiry of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to expiry periods as specified in individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.

7 Gameplay & Betting Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All Games offered through Batik888 operate on independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Displayed Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over large sample sizes and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Batik888 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure occurring during a Game or bet settlement, Batik888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the original stake to the Player's Account. We will not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages on the Player's side.

7.3 Sportsbook & Live Betting

All sports betting markets, including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, FA Cup, and UFC events, are subject to specific sportsbook rules. Batik888 reserves the right to suspend markets, adjust odds, or void bets in the event of manifest errors, event postponements, or other circumstances affecting the integrity of a market.

7.4 Void Bets

Batik888 may void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to pricing errors, system glitches, or where the circumstances of an event render the bet fundamentally different from what was offered at the time of placement. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the Player's Account.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Batik888 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with Games or the sportsbook;
• Engaging in arbitrage or matched betting using Batik888 Bonus Funds;
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Batik888 staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by Batik888

Batik888 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a Player's Account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the platform's integrity or other users.

9.2 Effect of Closure

Upon Account closure, any verified real-money Balance remaining after deduction of outstanding Bonus obligations and any amounts subject to investigation will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon Account closure.

9.3 Voluntary Closure & Self-Exclusion

Players may request voluntary Account closure or self-exclusion at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and will prevent the Player from accessing their Account for the duration specified. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open new Accounts during their exclusion period.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Batik888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Batik888's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11 Intellectual Property

All Platform Content — including but not limited to the Batik888 name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, and written content — is the exclusive property of Batik888 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform Content without prior written consent from Batik888.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Batik888's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be referred to our customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal channels, it may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority or dispute resolution body under Batik888's applicable gaming licence. Players retain the right to seek independent legal advice at any stage of a dispute.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Batik888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Continued use of the Batik888 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date.
